English Explanation:

The Present Simple tense is the most frequently used tense in daily conversations. It describes habitual actions, routines, general truths, and unchanging situations. We use the base form of the verb, adding -s or -es only for the third-person singular (he, she, it). For example, "I wake up every morning" uses the Present Simple. "I" is the subject, and "wake up" is the verb describing a regular action. Similarly, "The sun rises in the east" uses the Present Simple to state a universal truth. This tense is also used to express habits, likes and dislikes, daily routines, and permanent states. We can also use adverbs of frequency such as "always," "usually," "often," "sometimes," "rarely," "never" to indicate how often an action occurs.
